Below are summaries of the legislative and regulatory changes recently made to the Political Reform Act (Act). All of the legislative provisions take effect Jan 1, 2022. All of the regulatory changes were approved by the Commission during 2021.

Dear District V Residents: I am running to serve as your local County Supervisor.

As a lifelong El Dorado County resident, I have years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Together we have survived fighting COVID and fires. We have supported one another in our communities making them a purposeful place to live, work, and play.

My economics degree is from UC Santa Cruz. I am a wife, mother, Soroptimist, retired bank manager, and former Mayor and City Councilmember. I work well with partner agencies having served on the Education Foundation, Ambulance System, Clean Tahoe, Tahoe Conservancy, TRPA, Waste Management, and the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) for El Dorado County. I accept challenges and get jobs done.

I will tackle the issues and work with our residents throughout the district to provide solutions to many critical issues including:
